  I think, they don't even deserve 1 star. Sales manager Matt, offers us very unrealistic deals and was very greedy and gets frustrate easily. We like one of their model home, kenigston. But, went the price added up after optional features. It was out of out budget. We told him, that we can not take the deal but suddenly he offer us $46,000 off on the price, which was 10% discount on the total price( which builder offers 10% discount). I told him first day, still its high and we can not afford the price. But , he was keep pushing and gave me another 10k off on the price. That's says, something about, how high prices they keep and how frusted to sell the house. Next day, I went, I offer my price on the first model we saw, and sametime, I went to see another model. We like another model with lower price, when I asked him to give me the prices on it. He got frusted. Matt was very disrespected, while communicating with us. One of the gready salesman, just want to sell. Every one have their budget, no one wants to go over their budget, but he just want to sell.house with higher price. Also, what kind of house ,he will make, after giving me 10% discount on house price. First day ,I told him, I don't want to go over budget, second day same thing, but he only care about the selling that model , like his ego hearts ,if he don't sell to me. I never agreed on any price but said that you agreed. He was forcing me to buy house. This is something to thing to thing about, which sells manager offers 10% on house.
